I was really disappointed that the publisher of this book did not price this book accordingly for the KINDLE. I’m a HUGE fan of Ms. Garwood’s books, but with the high cost of this book I’m going to have to wait until it is released at a lesser price. I bought my KINDLE knowing that I wouldn’t have to spend such a high price for my books as I use to wait and get them at the library for free. With my KINDLE I can still buy books so that the authors get some royalties. But anything over the $9.99 price is not something I am willing to pay for. Please get these books back in price with other KINDLE offerings.

I love Julie Garwood and normally race out to buy each of her books. I am so disappointed not only by the lack of romance and intrigue of this book, but also that it was priced so high for an e-book. I don’t know who Garwood or her publisher thinks they are, but why should we pay 40% more than kindle books were promised to be priced at. This is a rip off! Hold off getting this until the price comes down to a reasonable level.

I didn’t keep this book because the print was so large and the book was big. I prefer smaller books that fit in my purse.

They send you very used library books and will not take them back if you asked for a return. Bad customer service. I will not buy from them again.

I just began reading romance/suspense type books. Some are not so great… but this one was so fun to read!!! The romance is slow-brewing. Not until over half way through the novel do the characters end up in bed. Up until then, it is all lust, which is cool.
Also, Garwood is a bit of a humorist. Her characters can be biting and sarcastic, which I LOVE!!!
So the picture on the dust jacket is cheesey, but we can over look that.
One of my personal pet peeves in books is typos, and I only caught 2 in this entire novel. Bravo!
